Oilseeds and their products are among the most important and dynamic categories of agricultural commodities traded on world markets. This report reviews the complex framework of factors affecting domestic production, consumption, and trade, and focuses particularly on oilseeds and oilseed meals. It also analyzes the relationship between oilseed meals and other feeds in OECD countries.
