Since the end of the Cold War, trade flows have increased significantly between the Dynamic Asian Economies (DAEs) and the central and eastern European countries (CEECs). DAE enterprises have been establishing bases in central Europe where policymakers have been looking to the DAEs for lessons from their experience.
