« Le statut des magistrats administratifs » . Tel est le thème de la 5<sup>e</sup> édition du Recueil de l'Association internationale des hautes juridictions administratives (AIHJA), issu des travaux de son X<sup>e</sup> Congrès, organisé à Bangkok (Thaïlande) en 2007.
L'AIHJA, créée en 1983 et réunissant aujourd'hui plus d'une centaine de juridictions administratives nationales et internationales, a pour objet de favoriser les échanges entre les juridictions administratives suprêmes. Le présent recueil et le site internet de l'association (www.aihja.org) constituent deux outils d'analyse comparée en droit administratif, permettant la diffusion en français et en anglais des législations des Etats et de la jurisprudence des juridictions membres de l'association.
« The Status of the administrative judges » . Such is the topic of the Vth edition of the International Association of the Supreme Administrative Jurisdictions (IASAJ) compendium, stemmed from its Xth Congress organized in Bangkok (Thailand) in 2007.
The IASAJ, created in 1983 and regrouping at the present time more than one hundred national and international administrative courts, intends to support the exchanges between the supreme administrative jurisdictions. This compendium and the new website of the association (www.iasaj.org) are two tools of comparative analysis in administrative law, allowing to spread in French and in English the legislations of the countries and the case-law of the IASAJ members jurisdictions.
