The Michelin guide Hong Kong Macau is back for its

third year, with 25 % of the selection comprising restaurants

and hotels new to this edition.

Our team of Michelin inspectors has spent the year conducting

anonymous visits to Hong Kong and Macau's restaurants and hotels

in order to recommend the best establishments within every style

and price band.

Restaurants that stand out for the exceptional quality of their cuisine

are awarded Michelin stars (to) - the highest honour in the

culinary industry. The Bib Gourmand indicates our inspectors'

favourite places for great food under HK$ 300.

New symbols for 2011 : restaurants and hotels that are new to the

guide are indicated by New; while those that have been promoted

are pointed out with.

With over 200 restaurants and more than 30 different styles of

cuisine, you are bound to find the restaurant of your choice.
