Now in its 4^th year, the Michelin guide Hong Kong Macau features over 270 restaurants that truly reflect the region's vibrant and diverse culinary scene.

Our full-time Michelin inspectors have spent the year conducting anonymous visits in order to bring you the best of every type of establishment across all price ranges, from simple noodle shops to the finest Cantonese restaurants.

Michelin stars ((...) to (...)) are awarded to restaurants whose cooking is exceptional. But look out too for those with a Bib Gourmand (...) : these are our inspectors' favourite spots for great food under HK$300 and you will discover many new ones in this year's guide.

There is also a selection of Hong Kong and Macau hotels, from the small and intimate to the internationally renowned. All have been rigorously inspected and are a match for any city in the world.
