The 1995 edition of the {World Energy Outlook} adds to the IEA's ongoing analysis of global energy markets until the year 2010. This year's edition presents two alternative scenarios: one which foresees capacity constraints which will put upward pressure on energy prices; and a second which examines the potential for energy savings to reduce the growth rate of energy demand.
