This book involves papers from the Third Property Remedies Discussion Forum which

was held at Aix-Marseille University, Faculty of Law, in 2014. The papers gathered in

these proceedings deal with timely issues such as « the evolving nature of property

remedies » (considering how property remedies have evolved differently, according to

various forms of property) and « complex property remedies. » Both of these issues have

assumed much greater importance in recent years. The symposium has shed invaluable

light on property remedies issues because prominent remedies scholars from all over

the world attended it.
