Les jolis matins de juin - exposition internationale de bonsaïs - s'installaient au Jardin exotique de Monaco pour une quatrième édition, en juin 2017. Cette triennale mettait les shohin, ces petits bonsaïs, à l'honneur et invitait une fois de plus le maître japonais Takeo Kawabe. Autre invité d'honneur : la British Shohin Association, représentée par les Britanniques John Armitage et Peter Warren. Arbres, kusamono (compositions de plantes herbacées) et pierres de méditation s'exposaient dans un cadre princier.

Pour cet événement exceptionnel, Bruno Moyen a su capter l'émotion que génère un bel arbre. De superbes photos à admirer pour découvrir, ou redécouvrir, cet art japonais traditionnel pratiqué aujourd'hui partout dans le monde avec beaucoup de talent.

The fourth edition of Les Jolis Matins de Juin - international bonsai exhibition - was held in the Jardin exotique in Monaco in June 2017. This triennial show gave pride of place to shohin, small bonsai, and once again, the guest of honour was the Japanese bonsai masterTakeo Kawabe. The other guest of honour was the British Shohin Association represented by John Armitage and Peter Warren. Trees, kusamono (herbaceous plant displays) and meditation stones were exhibited in a princely setting.

During this exceptional event, Bruno Moyen adeptly captured the emotions that a beautiful tree can generate. Through his superb photographs, one can admire, discover and rediscover this traditional Japanese art that, today, is practised with great talent the world over.
