The Connexions 1 Exercise Book follows the progression of the student's

textbook step by step, thus allowing for the systematizing and reinforcement

of acquired knowledge.

A simple system of page referrals enables the teacher to select activities in

the exercise book pertaining to the areas covered in the student's text.

Included in the exercise book:

- oral (audio CD provided) and written comprehension activities;

- activities for creating oral and written texts;

- grammar exercises (grammar charts at the end of the book);

- vocabulary activities;

- phonetic activities (phonetic table at the end of the book);

- instructions for all activities in English;
