Volume II of the History of the International Energy Agency continues the story which began with the Origins and Structure of the Agency in Volume I. After examining the industrial countries' energy policies leading up to the 1973-1974 crisis, the current Volume focuses on the new policies adopted in the IEA during its first twenty years.
