This study marks the historic achievements of the Uruguay Round - the most comprehensive and complex Round of multilateral trade negotiations ever held. The OECD Workshop on the New World Trading System was the first major international discussion of multilateral trade policy following the formal conclusion of the Round in Marrakesh.
