La Plate-forme Maison Passive asbl (pmp) est une organisation sans but lucratif rassemblant les acteurs et institutions qui, dans le monde de la construction, se sont engagés dans les domaines de l'efficience énergétique et des technologies durables. La pmp est une organisation indépendante et neutre qui a pour mission d'encourager la réalisation de bâtiments à haute efficacité énergétique et basés sur le concept de bâtiments passifs. La pmp mène pour cela des missions d'information, de formation et de sensibilisation. La Plate-forme est également l'organisme qui certifie les bâtiments passifs et réalise leur inventaire en Belgique francophone. Contribuant activement à l'établissement des standards liés à l'énergie dans le bâtiment, la Plate-forme édite des publications et mène des publications et mène des recherches de pointe dans différents secteurs (ponts thermiques, secteur tertiaire, analyse du cycle de vie,...).

La collection « Comprendre et appliquer »

Dans l'optique d'une construction moins énergivore et plus respectueuse de l'environnement, il est primordial d'adopter, dès le premier trait de crayon, une conception globale et intégrée du projet, qui associe les aspects liés à l'énergie et à l'intégration architecturale aux aspects technologiques et, de manière globale, au développement durable. C'est pourquoi la Plate-forme Maison Passive a créé une collection d'ouvrages de référence à l'usage des professionnels, ouvrages qui traitent de certains points particulièrement sensibles de la construction.

L'objectif est de comprendre les aspects théoriques du point traité et d'avoir en main de multiples pistes de réflexion permettant de les appliquer judicieusement par la suite.

Le Livre « Ponts thermiques »

Les ponts thermiques ont une importance fondamentale dans le bilan énergétique d'une construction à haute efficacité énergétique (standard passif, zéro énergie, etc.). L'intégration de détails techniques pensés, réfléchis et résolus, tout en préservant l'intérêt architectural d'un bâtiment est donc primordiale. S'ajoute à cela le cadre réglementaire de la Performance énergétique du Bâtiment, qui stipule l'obligation de les prendre en compte, quelle que soit la nature de la construction. C'est pourquoi la Plate-forme Maison Passive a fait des ponts thermiques le sujet du premier ouvrage de cette collection.

Le livre est conçu en deux parties : la première présente les rappels théoriques (définition, cadre légal, etc.) et sensibilisera les professionnels aux impacts énergétiques et techniques des ponts thermiques dans les bâtiments. La seconde partie cible la présentation de ponts thermiques dans leur globalité : graphiques (détails, isothermes,...), calculs, analyses, etc.

Pour mener à bien ce projet, la pmp a fait appel aux acteurs de terrain, afin de constituer une base de données de référence, composée d'exemples parlants.

The Plateforme Maison Passive asbl (pmp) is a not-for-profit organisation gathering together stakeholders and institutions in the construction sector that are committed to energy efficiency and sustainable technologies. The pmp is an independent, neutral organisation which aims to encourage the emergence of highly energy-efficient buildings based on the concept of passive buildings. To do this, the pmp is relaying information, providing training and raising awareness. The pmp is also the body which certifies passive buildings and lists them in French-speaking Belgium. Actively contributing to the establishment of standards relating to energy in buildings, the pmp brings out publications and performs cutting-edge research in various sectors (thermal bridges, tertiary sector, life-cycle analysis, etc).

The « Understand and Apply » collection

When designing building that are less energy-hungry and more environmentally friendly, from the outset we need to adopt an overali project design that integrates aspects relating to energy, architecture and technology with sustainable development in general. This is why the Plateforme Maison Passive has created a collection of reference works for professional use - works which deal with various particularly important points in construction.

The objective is to understand the theoretical aspects under discussion and to develop different approaches to apply them subsequently as appropriate.

The « Thermal Bridges » book

Thermal bridges play a fundamental role in the energy balance of a highly energy-efficient building (passive standard, zero energy, etc). The inclusion of well thought-out, solid technical plans that preserve the architectural interest of a building is therefore crucial. The regulatory framework of a building's energy efficiency also requires these plans to be taken into account, regardless of the type of construction. This is why the Plate-forme Maison Passive has made thermal bridges the subject of the first work in this collection.

This book is presented in two parts,. The first part provides the theoretical background (definiton, legal framework, etc), to raise awareness among professionals of the energy and technical impact of thermal bridges on buildings. The second part presents thermal bridges in general graphics (drawings, isotherms, etc), calculations, analyses, etc.

To carry out this project, the pmp has collaborated with relevant parties working in the field to build up a landmark set of data comprised of truly representative examples.
