This Occasional Paper presents the results of eight separate sectoral studies drawn from the experiences of five OECD countries -- Australia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States -- where experiments are underway, or in prospect, to provide public infrastructure by way of partnership arrangements with the private sector.
