Della Meyers, a Franco-American, raised in Paris, trained as a dancer and an art historian, finally settled down to bookselling in Strasbourg in 1995.

Kiera Tchelistcheff, an American, worked as a travelling English teacher after an itinerant childhood spent in various countries, and finally settled down in Strasbourg in 1991.

They founded the Bookworm, the first English language bookshop in Strasbourg in 1995. Images of Alsace is their first book published together.
