This thirteenth edition of the {Employment Outlook} comes out at a time when the cyclical recovery, which had been limited to just a few countries, has now spread to most OECD economies. Employment has increased, although, relative to output growth, not as much as in past recoveries. Unemployment is edging down from its peak of about 34 million in 1994 to around 33 million today.
