This new series of Public Management Occasional Papers consists of specialised reports prepared for the work of the OECD's Public Management Committee. The reports focus on specific issues of administrative improvement, in areas such as policy-making, budgeting, human resource management, regulatory reform, the use of market-type mechanisms and performance management.
