flora, the Anjou region also have a rich heritage

bearing witness of great past events. The Anjou

has often been the scene of conflicts and important

moments in History, and it presents to those who

are interested in its vestiges, carefully preserved in

museums and protected sites. Let's not forget about

its gastronomy, its wines as well as its cuisine, its

interest for sport and the numerous organizations

honouring culture and arts. It is difficult, even

impossible, not to stop in order to discover our

beautiful region!
