Youri Lebault travels every day along this route through the climates of Burgundy. Born in

Burgundy and passionate about its vineyards and its wine, the author enhanced the experience

he acquired through Burgundy Gold Tour with a degree in "Wine and Culture" from the University

of Dijon. With this book, he shares with us his knowledge and the same passion he passes on

to tourists and journalists from all over the world. This book is an invitation to discover the

climates of the Côte de Nuits and the Côte de Beaune with stopping places along the way to get

to know a few tourist attractions and to taste some of the greatest wines in the world. The text

is enriched by Armelle's photographs and maps by Sylvain Pitiot.
