Au delà de tout sensationnalisme, « Hidden Shadows » est un portfolio dressant le portrait d'un des clans les plus intéressant et les plus puissant de New York, dont le quartier général se trouve au coeur de Harlem. Ce livre se veut une extension de « Vampyres », publié début 2006 chez Flammarion en collaboration avec Laurent Courau. Un film produit par Avalanche Productions sortira également fin 2006, clôturant 4 ans de travail autour de ce sujet.

« Onanisme manu militari II », un livre consacré aux collaborations artistiques autour du travail de Lukas Zpira sur les modifications corporelles a également été publié en 2005 chez Hors Editions.

Above all sensationalism, « Hidden shadows » is a portfolio drawing the portrait of one of the most powerful and interesting clans in New York whose head quarters is nestled deep in the heart of harlem. This work is in fact an extension of « Vampyres », published in early 2006 by Flammarion and in collaboration with Laurent Courau. A film by Avalanche production is a expected out later this year, bringing to a close four years of research on this topic.
