This book is an overview of the latest design trends in ephemeral architecture. The meaning of the ephemeral architecture itself is for most of us just temporary, which disappears once committed. According to this definition, « ephemeral » is the physical disappearance of architecture. However ephemeral not always consists of a physical disappearance. They have been built to disappear, but its symbolism is such that ends remaining in time.

El significado que alcanza la arquitectura efímera en si para la mayoría es algo temporal, aquella que desaparece una vez

cumplido su cometido. Según esta definición lo « efimero » consiste en la desaparición material de la arquitectura. Sin embargo lo efímero no tiene porque consistir siempre en una desaparición material. Se construye para desaparecer, pero es tal su simbolismo que termina permaneciendo en el tiempo.
