Invited to live
On the path of Invitation to Life
The history of Invitation to Life is linked to the story of Yvonne Trubert, founder of the Association, and to the thousands of people, who for more than twenty years, have followed the path of Christ, to find new hope and meaning in their lives.
In this book, you will find the personal experiences of men and women who have achieved a better understanding of themselves and others by accepting their differences and learning to respect and love each other in a spirit of fellowship.
Following these stories are a number of sayings from the teaching of Yvonne Trubert with a short history and description of the Association, its operation and objectives.
Through an approach based on personal stories and the precepts of love, the reader will discover the singular quality of Invitation to Life, an ecumenical movement now established on five continents, for the sole purpose of renewing human dignity.
Those who were involved in this collective work, under the literary direction of Albertine Gentou, have come from different social, religious, and political backgrounds ; yet have been united by the ideals of Invitation to Life.
All proceeds from this book will be donated to Invitation to Life International.
