Nos deux auteurs affirment que si leur livre a incité le lecteur à ouvrir une bouteille de vin du Languedoc, ils auront atteint une partie de leur objectif. Ils voudraient aussi montrer la fragile beauté de ces paysages et célébrer ceux qui y vivent et nous font partager leur passion.

The aim of this book is to encourage people to appreciate the wine and landscape of the Languedoc. If it inspires you to open a bottle of Languedoc wine, so much the better. But we also wish to record a changing landscape, celebrate the people who are part of it and share some of its magic and history.
